Mark Turner has absolutely no ethics, is has been steeling ladies from other agencies. He is a liar and a thief. Stay away from him and his agency. same with his assistant.
His service is operated the same way with no ethics or morals.
Also he tried and put his clients in a dangerous part of town so he can make money on his little apartment that is in the worst area in the city. you can not even walk around at night.

Amor de Cartagena hookers
After traveling to Cartagena I saw lots of the girls working in a hooker bar, no need to send the money for introductions you can just go meet them at the bar.
I did a intro with them and soon as I invited her back to hotel she said she need $100 bucks. next night saw her in the bar turning tricks, From what I have seen they do most of their recruiting in a place know for prostitution. so basically their staff are just pimps and scammers, the one guy form the agency was always trying to get money from me one way or the other.
Also he said he would give me a discount if I paid him directly for intros and apartment. He was even scamming the head scammer/pimp. Also I found out the the girls will charge double for sex if you mee thtem throught this agency, they have to give a kick back. so if you just looking for sex go direclty to the bar.
