a girl problem so i hope you don't mind a guy's response ^_^
My girlfriend gets this often and she did visit a doctor, i assured her it's normal as guys (including myself) often randomly get errections so i naturally assumed it was the female equivilent.
And yes, the doctor confirmed it ^_^
Of course if you're worried then see a gyno but i wouldn't worry too much ^_^

Just want to throw something in...
The reason why you get "wet" alot around your bf is because your aroused. This means you respond to him in a sexual way everytime you meet him. So when he walks upon you, it just turns you on so fast.
(I miss that feeling, I have no bf)
